LE RENZO
Conceived by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Le Renzo takes the form of a fragmented vessel, inspired by the elements around it, playing with light, air, and water to create a building that celebrates Monaco’s place at the heart of Mediterranean life. Le Renzo forms the westernmost edge of the district, a series of residences that rise above a small, bustling port and retail plaza. Here, at the start of the promenade, residents and locals will be able to form an essential connection with the Mediterranean.
LES JARDINS D'EAU
Surrounded by mature trees and native Mediterranean flora, with fine open views of the sea, the residences at Les Jardins d’Eau epitomise the elegance of life on the Riviera. Generous footprints and extensive balconies form a strong connection with the outdoors and are complemented by extensive amenities: spas, fitness centres, wine rooms, meeting rooms, hair salons, massage rooms and swimming pools. Contemporary yet understated design ensures the residences never compete for prominence with their spectacular setting.
LES VILLAS
This stretch of coastline has been a byword for style, elegance and exclusivity for more than a century. Only a limited amount of villas will be built, each one unique in design and layout.
